“This is a delightful cafe and pizzeria in the shadow of Jedburgh Abbey. It is divided into two areas and also has a service hatch for those who wish to take away.
My wife and myself shared a Pepperoni pizza which was delicious but huge! Despite being very hungry having cycled for 49 miles we were unable to finish it!
The pizzas are all made with their own sourdough which is lovely. Although we didn't try them, the sponge cakes look lovely and, like the pizzas, are huge in terms of depth!
It's easy to say the service at any cafe is friendly but at The Abbey Bridge this is truly the case. It's dog friendly too. Definitely recommended and will visit again if passing by.”

We had a coffee and tea, a couple of delicious breakfast rolls and a cake each, and the lovely young woman that served us (I’m sorry, I should have gotten your name) offered to bring a bowl of water and a couple of treats for our dogs without needing to be asked. She also kindly offered to watch my pup when I needed to pop to the loo after my partner had left to get the car.
Thoroughly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
